Kolbe Team Workshop
The Kolbe Workshop is designed for Business teams and Management teams. This is a fun and interactive half-day workshop that is customized to fit the team's needs and desired goals. The outcome is a high level of understanding of each participant's talent and the knowledge needed to build a high-performing business team.
Throughout the Team Coaching process, the Co-Active coaching model is honored and the team is recognized as creative and resourceful. Sometimes people discover they are right where they need to be, with a few minor adjustments, to crank up the individual productivity. Sometimes the individual players have the freedom to redesign their job descriptions based on what they are learning through this process with the Team Leader.
